The Baobab and Safari cycling
Are you on holiday near Letsitele, Tzaneen or Hoedspruit?
We have the perfect cycle tour for you!
After collecting you from your accommodation, we drive towards the frontier town of Gravelotte.
We will hop onto our bikes and cycle to the ghost town, Leydsdorp. Here we have the opporunity to experience wildlife from our saddles.
Afterwards we will visit a 2000-year-old Baobab tree.
During the Barberton gold rush in the 1880’s the giant Baobab was used as a pub, known as “The Murchison Club”. The inside of the bar was wide enough to serve up to 15 miners. Although no beer will be served inside this magnificent tree, we will enjoy a picnic next to it.
After lunch, we will take you back to your accommodation.
